ABOUT OUR SEATTLE CHAPTER
HSMAI Washington State is a chapter of sales and marketing professionals representing all segments of the hospitality industry. With a strong focus on education, HSMAI has become the industry champion in identifying and communicating trends in the hospitality industry while operating as a leading voice for both hospitality and sales and marketing management disciplines, as well as connecting its members with customers. The Washington State Chapter was chartered in 2009 and has members from all corners of the state.

In her 19+ years in hospitality, Jenny Moore has held Revenue Management Leadership roles in Aspen, Denver, San Francisco and Seattle. She currently serves as the Regional Director of Revenue for Noble House Hotels & Resorts. Prior to settling into a corporate position, Jenny spent six years roaming the country as a freelance Revenue Management Consultant; where she specialized in company transitions and opening new hotels as well as hiring and training new Revenue Managers. Alicia Anderson is a hospitality professional with a passion for meeting and event services. Currently working as a Seattle Market Manager for Expedia, Alicia has the contacts and reach to be perfect for elevating the membership of our Seattle chapter. Sonya has 10+ years in hospitality including building her career at Expedia and is currently the Pacific Northwest Market Manager for Hotwire.com. She is certified in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornel University. Travel is not only a full time part of her job but also a life passion and loves the partnerships and relationships she has been able to build across the country. Originally born is South Africa, Tamsin is very passionate about traveling and meeting new people. She has lived in 3 different continents, 4 different countries and 13 different cities. She started in sales at an early age and joined the hospitality industry 5 years ago at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. She moved to Seattle in 2016 as the Transient Sales Manager for Hotel 1000.
Jennifer Walker brings over 13 years of travel industry experience in the field of Revenue and Reservations Management. Currently a Director of Revenue Management with Hilton Worldwide, Jennifer has been an integral part in the formation of the HSMAI Seattle chapter and was the recipient of the 2013 Washington State Revenue Manager of the Year Award. Tom Feldman joined the industry during Pineapple Hospitality's first year of business. Tom has a strong background in digital marketing including website development, online advertising, social media and analytics. In addition to his day job at Pineapple, Tom is also the propietor of a ski chalet at Steven's Pass where he tackles the private owner hospitality industry on airbnb. Richard Oh brings over 13 years of direct sales and operations experience in Seattle to our board. Currently the Regional Director of Sales for Coast Hotels, his career has included positions such as Sales & Catering, Accounting, and General Manager with companies such as Holiday Inn, Marriott and Warwick International. Jamilah started her hospitality career over 20 years ago with Four Seasons and is currently the new Director of Revenue Management for Thompson Seattle. She brings a wealth of knowledge of the Seattle market to her role as VP of Education for our chapter. Melanie began her career in hospitality as an international flight attendant, and has enjoyed 23+ years of increasing responsibility at 4 and 5 star hotels in city, resort and international locations. Positions held have provided accumulated experience in Revenue Management, Sales, Digital Media, E-Commerce/Social Media, Reservations and Front Office Operations.
